There is something for everyone here, whether you are with your family or are a golfer and want an action packed holiday or a relaxing break, you can do as much or as little as you like.

The apartment is attractively furnished with the balcony with sea view. Tennis courts. Shops and Boutiques, Restaurants and Bars, 3 swimming pools at Marinesco The apartment located on the 3rd floor and accessed via a lift or stairs.Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a promenade that leads down to the beach and beautiful harbour from the promenade ther are steps down into the Mar Menor sea and several sandy beaches, the complex has a private communal pool

Accommodation and facilities
The spacious living room has a comfortable chairs and sofa/ bed, TV and video and patio doors leading to a large terrace with views over the pool area and gardens . An inner hallway leads to the master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a balcony,

2 Bedrooms with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes . The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet.

There is a well-fitted and elegant  kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob leading to a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.The apartment is well served by an array of local shops and banks only a few hundred metres away. Restaurants and bars around the marina are only 250m walk. Beaches on the Med and Mar Menor are also only 300 m walk away. The local supermarket is only 100m walk.

The area is well known for its water sports, fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing,Jet Ski / Boat hire / charter etc , From the Marina there is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from Puerto Thomas Maestre to Santiago de Ribera with its permanent street market on Wednesdays,

The ferry operates approximately a two hourly service through the winter and takes 20 minutes. Bicycles are permitted on board for a small extra charge.

In the surrounding area there are many places of interest to visit, the beautiful city of Cartagena has a beautiful harbour to stroll round surrounded by hills each of which bears the ruins of Roman forts. In the city itself there is a recently discovered Roman ampitheatre which is being restored, many architecturally beautiful buildings and of course many shops, restaurants and cafes.

Cartagena has been a city of immense Naval and Military importance over the years as a result of which there are many castles and forts to visit and usually some warships in the harbour to look at. Similarly the historic city of Murcia is only 30 minutes drive away and well worth a visit.

More locally, Cabo de Palos is a delightful fishing village with some lovely fish restaurants, the local market here is on Sunday and offers a great variety of stalls selling anything from clothes, leather and hand crafted goods to fresh fruit and vegetables. If you like markets there is one every day of the week somewhere in the region.
